Mark LeNeave, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer
Mark has been the chief executive officer at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital since November of 2008. He attained a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Murray State University in 1981 and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Saint Louis University in 1984. Mark is a fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives. Before joining Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital, Mark held CEO positions in acute care hospitals in Kansas, Tennessee and Georgia.

Martin James, OTR/L
Director Of Therapy Operations
Martin joined Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital in August 2007 to oversee both inpatient and outpatient therapy. His background consists of more than 10 years of patient care delivery, operations management, and health care business development in physical rehabilitation and hospice care. Martin also co-founded and developed an outpatient private practice which he served as director and general partner for five years prior to becoming the director of marketing for the largest hospice provider in Kansas. He is a graduate of Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.

Chris Thompson
Director of Marketing Operations
Chris Thompson joined Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital in March of 2009.  Chris obtained a bachelor's degree in biology from Ottawa University in 1997.  He also obtained a Kansas teaching certificate in the fall of 1999.  Chris has a strong sales and marketing background with three years of experience working with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  As the director of marketing operations at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital, Chris leads a strong team of rehabilitation liaisons and hospital admissions staff.  He is currently obtaining a master's degree in business administration from Friends University in Topeka.

Lori Finney
CFO
Lori is the chief financial officer at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital and has more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience. Prior to joining HealthSouth, she served as president of communications at Westar Energy. Lori graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University. She recently completed her master’s degree in business administration from Washburn University.

Mindy J. Mitchell DBA, MN FACHE
Chief Nursing Officer
Mindy is the chief nursing officer at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Avila University and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Kansas. Mindy has been a nurse for more than 30 years and has worked a variety of practice settings and nursing education. Her doctorate is in business administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dina Cox
Director of Human Resources
Dina Cox, SPHR, has more than 25 years of human resources management experience in multiple organizations, including her own consulting firm, and taught HR management at the college level. Her current position of director of human resources at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital requires her to coordinate and facilitate functions including recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee development, and diversity. Her article “At the Table: Transitioning to Strategic Business Partner” was published in WorldatWork's monthly publication WorkSpan in October 2003. Dina has been a trainer and speaker for the Kansas State SHRM conference, Kansas City chapter of International Society for Performance Improvement, Washburn University, American Payroll Association, and other regional associations. She received a master's degree in human resources management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.
